Tell me the date
You don’t need to have everything decided. The date and a rough idea of the place is enough.
I’ll reply saying whether I’m free, with prices, in a single email. I won’t drop you into a sequence of automated messages and I won’t make you sit through a meeting just to find out what it costs. The person answering is me.
If we go ahead, we arrange a proper conversation — in person if you’re nearby, or on a call if that’s easier. That’s where I work out what kind of wedding you’re having: how many people, where, and what really matters to you being kept.
The form
I normally reply within 48 hours. If you don’t hear from me, it’s the mail playing tricks and not a lack of interest: write again.

Where I work
Barcelos is the starting point. Within 100 km of here there’s no travel cost.
I’m glad to film beyond that — the rest of Portugal and abroad. In those cases travel goes into the quote as a separate line, so you know exactly what it comes to before you decide.
If you’re planning a wedding in Portugal from somewhere else, write in English. I handle everything in English without any trouble, from the first email to the delivery of the films.
